MARIA (LYRA LIGHT) “Who AM I” Meditation

I give you here an exercise so you connect with your spiritual self. One of your parts, because there are immense spiritual parts you can meet that compose the grand being you are! And as you keep evolving and purifying you will connect with more and more parts of yourself.

Find a comfortable and quiet place to meditate. You can do it in nature or at home as long as you feel secure, relax, ad cozy. Perform the exercises on the previous chapter so you get connected, grounded, centered and protected. Talk to your higher self, which is you… have a sweet conversation, not a formal one. We call higher self just because it vibrates at higher frequencies and not because is more important than you. Tell her/him you want to know your name, one of your names that at this time you can resonate with.

Say you need to know more about you and having your name makes you tune into your true self easily. Open your heart and speak what you feel. At the same time feel your heart opening and shining bright, a golden light is seen on your heart`s core and gives you a warm familiar feeling. Ask her/him to come to you if him/her feels is the moment. Stay still and feel grateful and thank your higher self for this meeting. Breathe slowly and easily. The name that comes to your mind or your hears is your name, and whoever you see it`s you. Thank the universe for this moment and enjoy the peace it gives you.
