A new cycle begins with an unusual alignment of energies
On 21st of December, on the same day of Winter Solstice, there will be a conjunction between Jupiter and Saturn. This event happens in each 20 years or so but they usually they don`t approach as much as this time. Although they are millions of miles appart from each other, looking the event from our planet it will look like they are really close.
This alignment happens on Aquarius which is known to be the planet related to independence and altruism and being an air sign is all about communication and intellectuality. Jupiter`s joy, healing, evolution and growth plus Saturn`s learning, accountability and boundary, we can just imagine what a great combination we are about to receive.
How we can see on our planet the Jupiter and Saturn conjunction for the last few months.
It`s amazing we can witness this alignment on the same day we celebrate Winter Solstice, which marks the longest night of the year. From that night on, the light grows and nights become shorter and shorter. It is also a moment of reflection, of inner nurturing. As we begin Winter and look for warm, cozy spaces, we do the same inside, enjoying the harvest, relaxing and resting before more active seasons come.
I see this Winter as a reflective season to solve world issues and drama. Uniting all energies of this event we can surely find balance between Jupiter and Saturn, making the best use of Aquarius characteristics.
The same will be seen on a personal growth and all relations. We surely are in need of balance, coherence, innovation and communication. This is a begining, a new cycle. May you all be blessed with the purest energies.
Seeds under the ground on a mid-winter’s night sleep with their dreams of Spring. They are dancing, tunneling, settling in, finding just the right place to begin their sprouting. But first, they must rest, gather to themselves the vision of what they will be. Is it faith—this survival spirit, this willingness to abide, to seek darkness, even revel in it, to be willingly unnoticed for long months of the year? I want to believe in my own renewing, let body and spirit rest, refuse to exhaust myself in someone else’s expectations, grow old before my time, cast off, disposed of. I want to be recycled endlessly, and flower again and yet again unexpectedly, bloom into a surprising color for an old woman, ripe with wrinkled youth and vigorous beauty, with twinkling eyes in deep sockets, making them wonder just how I do it.
